I didn’t manage much today. After a very calorific brunch, I walked my husband to the train station and then did a short run. Unfortunately it was during the hottest time of the day (after 12 noon) and I had no water with me. I did as much as I could. Suppose something is better than nothing right?
I will begin tomorrow with a new resolve. Continuing my 30DS and fitness walking plus anything else I fancy to do for workouts. I need to stay busy and away from using food for comfort. This week will be a test for sure! I hope you are all doing great this Sunday! I’m jumping back on the wagon!
