Day one down! I found it extremely hard to go without solids today because I don’t want to eat under 1200 calories per day.. so I had a nice dinner. A half baguette with scrambled eggs. Was very good and filling and honestly I wouldn’t mind having this more often. I plan to head to the fruit store tomorrow and load up on fruits and vegetables for the week. I want to make more fruit and veggie salads. My diet is currently really lacking in fiber.
We went for a short jog/walk today again. I think I will try again tomorrow but using my walking sticks as they really help me brisk walk faster and I can switch it to jogging without a problem. Will try to burn at least 500 calories every day. As you can see I fell short of that today so I hope to do better tomorrow. All in all it wasn’t a bad start to the year!
