I am so over this foggy, dark weather! I decided on an indoor workout (zumba) yesterday because the weather looked so gross and I really didn’t feel like working out outside. I really didn’t want to begin this trend of not jogging for weeks on end again though. So I gave the fog the finger and made my way outside.

Jogging was specially hard today on my calves. They are very, very sore and even brisk walking was a challenge after a while. It’s funny that the one part of my body I thought would never shrink seems to be the one with the most progress so far. My calves are actually gaining a lot of definition and have shrunk quite a bit, specially at the ankles. The boots I couldn’t wear a year ago can now be worn with thick jeans tucked in. I guess what I read was true..jogging is great to slim them down! If that’s one of your issues..get cracking!
Today is also a fasting day so we shall see how this goes! A non scale victory for me today: my Lands’End XL rain jacket fit a little looser on me since the last time I wore it on a few months ago. Normally I look like a stuffed sausage in that so perhaps something is finally working! The scales are against me as usual so I’m not even going to bother with any weigh in. Just want my fat rolls to shrink already!
