Truth be told I’ve never watched the Sopranos and I don’t plan to any time in the future. I’m not big on mafia style shows mostly because it’s all a bunch of bullshit. Old guys doing shit they really shouldn’t be doing and the story is basically always the same. Just a bunch of thugs wearing suits. I was looking for a bit of motivation to get myself back into gear though. One of my friends on MFP started up a challenge based on this show.
The challenge is easy enough. We are all divided into different groups and each is assigned a Capo – or captain who basically motivates the buttons aka soldiers to complete challenges and earn points for the group. Weigh ins also earn points and basically that is the premise of this game. Today’s challenge is 100 push-ups. Yeah, I laughed and then I rolled my eyeballs hard too.
Amazingly enough the Winter has remained and Spring seems to have forgotten to return. The sun barely came out today after a week of pure, dark misery. After my
*eye rolls* 100 push ups, I’ll head out for a short jog and see if I can finally get back into it. I over did my jogging and ended up with a calf injury. So it’s had me benched for a couple weeks. The pain was incredible and I hope to never go through that again!
I suppose I should also mention my weigh in this morning. It sucks and I am not happy with it but what ya gonna do?

Completed the 100 push ups challenge! Bada Bing! and a short 35 minute jog! Bada Boom!
Then I had the most calorific meal of rice, salmon, avocado and teriyaki sauce…wah wah wah. Still remained under my calorie limit for the day though. Take that yous!..umm talking mafioso gangsta style ain’t happening..lol
